Used by field service engineers and clinical engineering teams working inside the MRI magnet room, the Titanium Non-Magnetic Snipe Nose Pliers give you tapered-jaw grip and reach in a tool that is cleared to go through the door. Grade 5 titanium, non-ferrous and non-magnetic, so it does not respond to the field.

These are not needle-nose pliers, and the difference matters. The jaws are shorter and blunter, and there is no side cutter in the jaw. That makes them stronger where a needle nose is delicate, and it means nothing on the tool will nick a wire you only meant to hold. Where they earn their place

Tapered jaws reach into cable runs, connector blocks and panel gaps where your fingers will not go, and hold a fastener or a lead steady while your other hand does the work. The blunter profile takes more load than a fine point will, so they double as a general-purpose gripping plier rather than a delicate-work-only tool.

Because they are titanium they are also about 40% lighter than the steel equivalent, and they will not rust in a wash-down environment.
