The small white sticker on the end with the handle. It repeats the part number.

Straight on, so we can see the sockets and the housing around them.

The full pack in one shot, so we can see the housing has no cracks.

These packs are sealed, so they have to be opened by people who rebuild them for a living, fitted with new cells and tested, and that takes weeks. We carry that time, the shipping both ways and a 6-month warranty, and some packs we buy turn out not to be worth rebuilding at all. $140 is a fair price for your pack as it is today, with none of the fees or hassle of selling it yourself.

Yes. Send photos of each pack and tell us how many you have. We will tell you how to box them and send the labels you need.
Put the battery in a bag. Tape one NON-SPILLABLE BATTERY label on the battery and one on the outside of the box; we email both labels with your prepaid FedEx label. Pack the battery by itself so it can't move in the box.
We email a simple bill of sale with the prepaid label. Reply to that email to confirm you own the pack or are authorized to sell it.
Yes. The bill of sale we send with the label covers your asset disposal records. When a hospital or company owns the pack, payment goes to the organization.
If it arrives damaged or does not pass inspection, we will email you photos of what we found. You can have it shipped back for about $20, or we will recycle it properly at no cost to you. Let us know within 7 days. A cracked or leaking pack can't legally ship, so those we recycle.
By check, mailed after the pack arrives and passes inspection. If you would rather be paid faster, we can pay by Zelle instead.
About three weeks: 1 to 2 business days for our reply and the label, usually 2 to 5 business days in transit, and payment within 3 business days of the pack arriving and passing inspection. A check then takes a few days in the mail. Choose Zelle and you'll be paid a few days sooner.
