Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sales@fdmenterprises.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Contrast injector syringe kits

Contrast injector syringe kits are sterile single-use medical devices, so they follow a different rule.

An unopened case can be returned within 30 days and carries a 20% restocking fee. An opened case cannot be returned, because a sterile kit that has left its packaging cannot be resold by us or by anyone else.

If we ship the wrong kit for your injector, that is our mistake, not yours. We replace it at our cost.

Not sure which kit fits your injector? Ask us before you order, or ask us to send a sample. We would rather put one kit in your hands than have you commit to a case you cannot use.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 30 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 35 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at sales@fdmenterprises.com.
