We come directly to your hospital, imaging center, or healthcare facility for all service calls — including emergency repair, scheduled preventive maintenance, calibration, and parts installation. There is no need to ship equipment or transport systems to a depot.
We typically cover facilities within approximately 300 miles (about a 5-hour drive) of our Nashville, Tennessee base. This includes major metro areas like Atlanta, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Memphis, Birmingham, Cincinnati, and many smaller communities in between. For facilities outside this range, contact us to discuss options.
FDM Enterprises primarily provides scheduled service anytime we do try and accommodate urgent and after-hours requests when possible.
