FDM Enterprises Shipping Policy - Titanium MRI Tools and Contrast Injector Consumables

Thank you for shopping at FDM Enterprises. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders, and how returns, exchanges, and delays are handled. Contrast injector syringe kits and tubing, and the Spectris Solaris battery exchange, follow different shipping and return rules than our titanium tools, and those differences are noted in each section below.

1. Order processing times

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take longer.
  • Order confirmation: Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If it does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us at sales@fdmenterprises.com.
  • Backordered items: When an item is on backorder, the product page shows the date it ships by.

2. Shipping methods and costs

  • Standard shipping: $9.90, typically delivered in 4 to 6 business days.
  • Free shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $200 to the continental United States.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: Titanium tools ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands on the same terms as the continental United States, including free standard shipping on orders over $200.
  • International shipping: We ship to more than 80 countries via DHL Express, FedEx, and USPS. International rates are calculated at checkout and shown in USD. If your country is not offered at checkout, contact us and we will quote it.
  • Injector consumables: Contrast injector syringe kits and tubing ship within the United States only and are not available for international delivery. Shipping is free to the continental United States. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, and a single case is $180 to either. Multi-case orders are rated by weight at checkout.
  • Spectris Solaris battery exchange: Shipping is free both ways, by ground only, to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. The battery exchange does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.
  • Import duties, taxes, and VAT: Prices are shown in USD and do not include import duties, taxes, or VAT. International orders may be subject to import charges, for example South Korea applies a 10% VAT plus any applicable duty, collected by the carrier or customs at the time of delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. FDM Enterprises cannot predict or control these fees.

3. Delivery times

  • Domestic shipping: Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 4 to 6 business days from the time the order is placed.
  • International shipping: International orders typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days from the time the order is placed.
  • Estimated delivery: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs, or carrier issues.

4. Order tracking

  • Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 2 days after your order is processed, contact us at sales@fdmenterprises.com.

5. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Titanium tools: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition. To start a return, contact us at sales@fdmenterprises.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Contrast injector syringe kits and tubing: An unopened case can be returned within 30 days and carries a 20% restocking fee. Opened cases cannot be returned. If we ship the wrong kit or tubing for your injector, that is our mistake and we replace it at our cost. Not sure which fits your injector? Ask us before you order, or ask us to send a sample.
  • Spectris Solaris battery exchange: Within 15 days of delivery, send one pack back. Start by scanning the code on the sheet in your box, or at fdmenterprises.com/pages/battery-return, and we email you a prepaid label, so return shipping is free either way. If you send your old pack, it goes to our rebuild partner and we refund the $300 core deposit. If our pack did not fix the problem and you send it back to us instead, we refund the deposit plus the pack price less a 20% restocking fee. A returned pack with a different serial number or a broken seal is treated as your old pack.
  • Exchanges: Outside the battery exchange above, exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange within 30 days.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately to request a cancellation.
  • Damaged or lost orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a refund or replacement as needed.

6. Potential service interruptions

  • Orders may be delayed by factors beyond our control, such as supply chain disruptions, extreme weather, or carrier delays. We will notify you by email if significant delays are expected.
  • During high-volume periods such as holidays, we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
