FDM Enterprises Shipping Policy — Titanium MRI Tools and Contrast Injector Syringe Kits

Thank you for shopping at FDM Enterprises. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders, and how returns, exchanges, and delays are handled. Contrast injector syringe kits follow different shipping and return rules than our titanium tools — those differences are noted in each section below.

1. Order processing times

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 days.
  • Order confirmation: Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If it does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us at sales@fdmenterprises.com.

2. Shipping methods and costs

  • Standard shipping: $9.90, delivered in 3 to 4 days.
  • Free shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $200 to the continental United States.
  • International shipping: We ship worldwide via DHL Express, FedEx, and USPS. International rates are calculated at checkout and shown in USD.
  • Injector consumables: Contrast injector syringe kits ship to the continental United States only. They are not available for international delivery, or for Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Import duties, taxes, and VAT: Prices are shown in USD and do not include import duties, taxes, or VAT. International orders may be subject to import charges — for example, South Korea applies a 10% VAT plus any applicable duty — collected by the carrier or customs at the time of delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. FDM Enterprises cannot predict or control these fees.

3. Delivery times

  • Domestic shipping: Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 3 to 4 days after processing.
  • Estimated delivery: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

4. Order tracking

  • Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 2 days after your order is processed, contact us at sales@fdmenterprises.com.

5. Local delivery and pickup

  • Local delivery: Available for customers within 20 miles of Nashville. Delivery takes 1 to 2 days and costs $10.00.

6. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Titanium tools: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition. To start a return, contact us at sales@fdmenterprises.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Contrast injector syringe kits: Syringe kits are sterile single-use medical devices and follow a different rule. An unopened case can be returned within 30 days and carries a 20% restocking fee. An opened case cannot be returned, because a sterile kit that has left its packaging cannot be resold by us or by anyone else. If we ship the wrong kit for your injector, that is our mistake and we replace it at our cost. Not sure which kit fits your injector? Ask us before you order, or ask us to send a sample.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange within 30 days.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately to request a cancellation.
  • Damaged or lost orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a refund or replacement as needed.

7. Potential service interruptions

  • Orders may be delayed by factors beyond our control, such as supply chain disruptions, extreme weather, or carrier delays. We will notify you by email if significant delays are expected.
  • During high-volume periods such as holidays, we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
