Cancellation policy

A standing order ships your contrast injector syringe kits automatically on a schedule you pick. We email you before every shipment, and we charge the card on file when that order ships.

You can skip a shipment, push the date out, pause, or cancel at any time from your account at account.fdmenterprises.com. There is no contract, no minimum, and no cancellation fee. Cancelling takes effect right away and we will not charge you again.

If you forget to skip and a case arrives before you need it, tell us and we will move your next shipment out at no charge, as many times as you need. The kits carry about three years of shelf life, so an early case is not a wasted one. That is the better outcome for both of us and it is always available to you.

If you would rather send it back instead, our refund policy covers the kit itself. An unopened case can be returned within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee, and an opened case cannot be returned, because a sterile single-use kit that has left its packaging cannot be resold.
