What you are getting
An OEM case with new premium cells that meet or exceed the manufacturer's specifications, rebuilt by professionals. We only use current stock of battery cells to get the best longevity out of your battery.
It ships in 1 to 2 business days in safe custom packaging, free by ground to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. On backorder, the ship date shows next to the price.
6-month warranty
Every pack carries a 6-month warranty, because we know you will get WAY more usage than that.
Sending your old pack back
Everything you need comes in the box. Scan the code on the sheet, we email you a prepaid label, and you just tape it up and drop it off at your dock or local carrier. Please send it within 15 days of delivery so we can refund your $300.
If our pack does not fix it
Send ours back instead within the same 15 days and keep your old one. You get $940 back: your $300 deposit plus the $800 pack price less a 20% restocking fee. Full terms are on our refund policy page.
