Return a Battery Pack
Everything you need is in the box. Pick the pack you're sending, fill out the short form, and we email you a prepaid label. Please send it within 15 days of delivery.
Our pack fixed it
Keep ours and send your old pack back on the label we email you. Your $300 deposit comes back once it arrives in one piece.
Our pack didn't fix it
Send ours back and keep your old one. You get $940 back: your $300 deposit plus the $800 pack price less a 20% restocking fee.
Within 15 days of delivery
Get Your Return Label
Use the order number from your confirmation email. We email the prepaid label for the pack you choose.
Battery return
We reply by the next business day.
How to Pack It
Bag it
Put the battery in a bag, one pack per box.
Label it
Tape one NON-SPILLABLE BATTERY label on the battery and one on the box. We email both with your prepaid label.
Box it
Use the box and foam your pack came in, tape it up and drop it off at your dock or local carrier.
