The six titanium screwdrivers you use most: Phillips #1 and #2, and flat 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" and 5/16".
Grade 5 titanium strength and safety, rolled into one reliable set.
Bought separately these screwdrivers come to $309, so the set saves you $84.
Key Features:
- Material: Grade 5 / 6AL-4V titanium construction
- Non-Magnetic: Safe for Zone 4 (magnet room) MRI environments
- Non-Ferrous: No magnetic susceptibility or ferrous contamination
- Corrosion Resistant: Titanium resists rust and chemical degradation
- Compatible: Works with Siemens, GE, Philips, and other major MRI systems
What's Included in This Set:
- Phillips #1 x 3"
- Phillips #2 x 6"
- Slotted 5/16" x 6"
- Slotted 1/4" x 5"
- Slotted 3/16" x 4"
- Slotted 1/8" x 4"
Why this set includes a 1/8" slotted driver instead of a 3/32":Most titanium screwdriver sets on the market fill the sixth slot with a 3/32" slotted driver. In practice that tip is too small for the fasteners found on MRI plugs - it is not the correct size for cable connector slotted screws. FDM Enterprises ships a 1/8" x 4" slotted driver in that position instead, because it is the size you need in the magnet room. If you specifically need a 3/32" slotted driver, it is available separately.
Why Titanium in MRI Service Work: In MRI suites, the strong static magnetic field creates a controlled service environment where ferrous tools become fastening hazards. A single steel screwdriver cannot be used safely in Zone 4 (the magnet room). Grade 5 titanium's non-magnetic properties eliminate this critical safety risk entirely, allowing safe fastener work on imaging equipment inside the MRI control zone without triggering service protocols.
Field Service Applications: MRI service technicians use non-magnetic screwdrivers for panel removal, cover fastener access, RF coil adjustments, and gradient shield maintenance. Whether you're replacing cooling fan assemblies, accessing electronics bays, or adjusting field shimming hardware, these tools deliver the precision required without compromising facility safety or equipment integrity.
The titanium construction provides exceptional strength-to-weight characteristics, resisting corrosion from the harsh cleaning chemicals - isopropyl alcohol, disinfectants, and sterilizing solutions - used daily in hospital environments. This durability means your screwdriver set maintains its precision fit and magnetic safety properties for years, far outlasting conventional steel tools in clinical settings.
These non-magnetic tools are ideal for hospital technicians, diagnostic imaging engineers, and imaging equipment service specialists who need reliable, MRI-safe instruments for equipment repairs, maintenance, and calibration work across the Southeast.
FDM Enterprises is a veteran-owned diagnostic imaging service company in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. We use these tools on our own MRI service calls. Biomed teams, clinical engineers and field service engineers buy them for PMs, calibration and depot repair, and so do engineering teams at some of the biggest names in aerospace and tech.

Yes to the quote. Add what you need to your cart and click Email us this cart, and we'll send you a quote you can take to purchasing. We're a small shop, so first orders are paid by card before they ship. A purchase card works, and you can still run your PO on your side for your paperwork. Once you've ordered from us, ask us about paying on a PO next time.
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. It just needs to be unused and in its original packaging. There's no restocking fee; you only pay the return shipping. Email sales@fdmenterprises.com first and we'll tell you where to send it. If we sent the wrong tool or it showed up damaged, that's on us. Tell us right away and we'll make it right.
In-stock tools ship within 24 hours, from Tennessee. Standard shipping in the lower 48 is $9.90 and usually takes 4 to 6 business days, and it's free on orders over $200. If a tool is on backorder, the page shows the date it ships by. Outside the US, the carrier rate shows at checkout, and import duties or VAT are paid on delivery.
