These are sterile single-use medical devices, so an opened kit cannot be returned. That is true of every supplier, us included. An unopened pack can come back within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee. And if we shipped the wrong kit for your injector, that is our mistake, not yours. We replace it at our cost.
